Women Drivers' Personal Safety Workshop
FDAT is pleased to offer an interactive half day workshop designed for women and their personal safety when driving.
The workshop is aimed at raising awareness of the potential dangers women (or men) drivers may face. Topics covered include:
- Vehicle Checks
- Journey Planning
- Where to Park
- Personal Skills
- Proactive Driving
- Exit Strategies
- Body Language
'What If' Scenarios, including:
- Breaking Down
- Involvement in Accidents
- Road Rage
- Car-jacking
This workshop is aimed to promote confidence in women when on the road, with personal strategies of planning and assessment of the risks
women may face fully discussed.
Whilst personal safety when driving is an issue for everyone, we realise that women can feel particularly vulnerable. We believe this
workshop will go a long way towards helping women drivers feel safer and more confident on the road.
FDAT can also offer bespoke training for your individual company needs.
A minimum of four delegates is required for this course.
