Driver Assessment and Corrective Training
Our skilled assessors can identify your drivers' strengths and weaknesses and discuss corrective action, with a full report issued for each driver. The assessment is carried out in your vehicle over a pre-selected route. Drivers must already hold the appropriate full category of licence entitlement to drive the type of vehicle used in the assessment.
The number of assessments that can be carried out in one day will normally be four. This will depend on individual company circumstances.
Further corrective training and re-assessment days can then be arranged. Alternatively, it is possible (by restricting the number of drivers to two) to combine assessment, corrective training and re-assessment into one day.
