Times within our industry are getting ever harder, fuel, wages, new contracts, legislation and driver cpc are all having a massive impact on bottom line figures. Having been in this industry for many years both as a driver and trainer I have witnessed its decline. Sad though it is, it is even more important now that value for money training is sought by employers. Corporate Manslaughter Legislation, Health and Safety at Work Act all make it very clear that if you get this wrong, you will suffer the consequences.
